It's 90 days to make sure the habits you're building will stick. I don't want you to follow a 30 day program, get results, and then fall back into your old patterns. It isn't enough to lose the weight, we want you keeping it off forever!

The program itself is all online. If you want 1:1 personal training sessions (either via Skype or here in Dallas), that's something you can purchase in addition to the program.

All you'll need is a pair of light and medium dumbbells. That's it!

This program is designed to get results no matter what dietary restrictions or preferences you have. The one thing I'll ask is that you be open to new information and trying new things.
