1. Have the server doggie bag half your meal before it hits the table. You won't miss it if you don't see it, plus you'll have lunch set for the next day!

2. Avoid fried items. Look for grilled, steamed, or baked. 

3. Order sauces and dressings on the side. You can still enjoy the flavor without your food being doused in it!

4. Eat the healthiest items on your plate first.

5. Never go to a restaurant starving! Have a healthy snack before you go.

6. Sometimes your body confuses thirst for hunger. Drink a full glass of water before each meal.
