It's 90 days to make sure the habits you're building will stick. I don't want you to follow a 30 day program, get results, and then fall back into your hold patterns. Once you get your tight and toned tummy, I want you to keep it!

The program itself is all online. If you want a 1:1 personal training session (either via Skype or here in Dallas), that's something you can purchase in addition to the program.

All you'll need is a pair of light and medium dumbbells. That's it!

This program is designed to get results no matter what dietary restrictions you have. The one thing I'll ask is that you be open to new information and trying new things.
