Dive into my most badass tips for unleashing your health, happiness, and success on the daily.
You know that amazing feeling when everything just seems to flow in your life? Opportunities keep presenting themselves, you consistently are in the right place at the right time, you're connecting with people, and things just feel easy.
And then you know when you're feeling completely out of alignment? You feel stuck, nothing seems to be going right, everything is a slog, it feels like you can't catch a break, and you feel like you're constantly behind the eight ball.
What if I told you there...
In this week's episode, I was super excited to sit down with DivaDance North Dallas studio owner, Natalia Maravi. Listen in to hear her inspiring story of going from a newbie dancer at 26 years old, to dance fitness instructor, to studio owner in just a matter of years.
Her story is not that of an overnight success, or of privilege, or of certainty in her path. No, hers is a story demonstrating the power of baby steps, listening to your intuition, and stepping into the unknown to unleash a career...

"Why don't you just take some time, and think about what you would want to do if you didn't have to do anything."
"If you're having fun in the journey, in the setting up of what you're doing, I think then you know you're on the right path. Like, if the nitty gritty stuff can be enjoyable and you're waking up excited about the next step and figuring it out, then you know it's a passion and not something you 'have' to do."
"I have fallen, and I know I can get back up, and I think a lot...
Do you ever feel like life is just sort of happening to you?
You meander through your days on autopilot. From home, to work, and then back home.
You absently kiss your partner. You passively play with your kids.
And while there are occasional moments of sheer and utter joy like on your wedding day, or during your yearly vacation, by and large it feels like you're just passing the time.
What a shitty way to live when you put it that way, huh? And unfortunately, it's how must of us sail through life, from cradle to grave.
Be honest, how many times have you let other people's opinions steer your life in one direction or another?
Tens of times? Hundreds of times? Thousands of times?
How would your life look different right now had you followed your own heart, your own intuition, that internal compass that pulls you towards decisions that you may not even understand in the moment?
Would you be in a different job? A different relationship? A different state?
Would you have started that blog, or that Etsy shop, or that online course?
Would you be...

Do you struggle with finding balance in your relationship?? Whether it's balance with work, life, and romance, balance with money, or balance with giving and taking, you've got to have the tools to pull things back into alignment when they fall out of equilibrium.

So in today's episode of Life...
Do you ever find yourself so close to a goal you can taste it? All you have to do to achieve everything you ever dreamed of is reach out. It's there for the taking.
Yet, instead of feeling excited about the new level you know you're about to hit, you get pummeled with waves of anxiety, fear, and doubt.
Instead of racing forward and embracing the very thing you've been striving for all this time, you find yourself sinking back, searching for comfort, safety, and the certainty of the grounds you've been walking for years.
So, you know you want to start a side hustle, you want to be your own boss, you want to have more time to spend with your family, and more financial flexibility to travel when and where you want.
There's just one problem... you can't nail down what you want to do.
Trust me, you're not alone.
I belong to a number of Facebook groups, all filled with people who want to take the leap into the entrepreneurial void, and there they are......
If you listened to last week's podcast episode, you'll remember my girl Gio's woeful complaints about her tendency to stop reaching for her goals once she got 80% of the way there.
In other words, if she were running a marathon, she'd get to mile 20 on the track, stop and say, "Good enough!" And head on home.
But the problem is, she doesn't genuinely feel like it's good enough. After she gets off the track, she beats herself up, feeling like a failure and wondering why on earth she couldn't just...

Do you ever find yourself thinking about how different your life would look had you started working on your dreams when you first conceived of them?
What would have happened if you had started that food blog when you first began experimenting with paleo recipes 3 years ago? Could that have turned into a career? A book? Or maybe even just a little extra pocket change for that trip to Florida you've been salivating over?
