Get Un-Sick QUICK Guide

I think we can all agree... NO ONE likes getting sick. Which is why I put together this little guide of the holistic practices I use to fight illness fast. I mean, I knocked out my sore throat in 2 days flat just a few weeks ago using this exact routine.

And here's the crazy thing, for years, when I would get sick, I would get sick for a month at a time.

It always started the same, I'd get a sore throat, the sore throat would turn into a bronchitis, the bronchitis would turn into a deep chest cough, and on occasion that chest cough would turn into walking pneumonia.

No. Fun.

But since I started doing the routine in the video above (and I mean, I start doing it the second I feel symptoms), I almost never get full blown sick.

This little routine has saved me from 2 almost-ruined vacations in the past year.

So do yourself a favor, listen in, stock up, and start your Un-Sick Quick Guide the moment you feel under the weather and keep going for a day or two after you feel better.

Note: I am NOT a doctor. I am not diagnosing, treating, or curing illness or disease. This is what has worked for me, but you should always consult your doctor before adding any new supplements or changing your diet.

Here's the routine:

  1. Wellness Formula supplement from Sprouts or Whole Foods (read dosage).
  2. D3 (I take a maga-dose of 10,000 iu/day... again, consult your doctor).
  3. OnGuard doTerra essential oil: put a few drops in your water and drink daily, swab the inside of your throat if you have a sore throat, and/or rub it on the outside of your throat.
  4. Ester-C (read dosage): vitamin C that stays in your system longer.
  5. Spirulina: detoxifier. Read dosage.
  6. Zinc: read dosage.
  7. Garden of Life probiotics
  8. Orange juice or strawberries for an extra dose of whole food vitamin C
  9. Matcha green tea with lemon and honey 2-3 cups/day
  10. Turmeric Bone Broth: Simmer 1 cup ORGANIC bone broth, salt, pepper, and turmeric powder to taste, 1/4-1/2 lemon juiced, 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, and 2-3 raw garlic cloves minced. Sip on throughout the day.
  11. Snack on wild, organic blueberries.
  12. REST!
  13. No workouts. That's right. Yes, technically if your symptoms are mild you are allowed to workout. But why? Rest up, get better, and then hit it hard in the gym when you're body is ready for it.
